Over the years Maquinter was analyzing market trends, looking for solutions to the requirements that it turned out; introducing thus continuously new brands that we represent on an exclusive basis.

The nineties is distinguished  as a time of rapid expansion of the company both in the field of the projects we participate - revealing the network expansion of the Lisbon Metro (Rotunda-Mouse; Alameda - Gare do Oriente, Baixa - Chiado, Rossio - Cais do Sodré) - but at the same time the extension of the business areas and the range of equipment, which is the period that begins the representation of brands such as SIKA - Aliva (Concrete Design of machines); Herman Paus (with service vehicles for mines and tunnels); ADARO (lanterns for miners); GHH (Wheel Loaders and dumpers Miners); the Zitron with fans for Mines and Tunnels.

It was also the decade that marked the expansion of the business structure for installations of Póvoa de Santa Iria.

A few years later keeping the life cycle, there was a need to strengthen human resources for technical assistance and increased parts stocks, such factors provided another important milestone that was the transition to the current headquarters , which have spaces to care, offices, large park, workshops and a warehouse used exclusively to parts and components.

Currently Maquinter is the exclusive representative in the national market of sixteen brands of equipment for mining extraction, tunnels, public works and construction, participating also in the field of environmental protection - a focused action in the implementation of sustainable deve-lopment criteria.
